homogenizer is a high efficient product integrate mixing, dispersing, crushing, dissolving, fining, de-polymerizing, homogenizing, emulsifying as one, the main working parts consist of the stator and rotor, motor, drive shaft, base, chassis and mechanical seal. The material of liquid contact parts are made of high quality 304 or 316L, with advanced manufacturing technology, which is mainly suitable for small containers, can not be installed on the top or requires multiple emulsifying equipment and first feeding less equipment, according to the process requirement generally used in single batch cycle mixing, but also used in continuous homogeneous transport, according to different media and different processes there are different combinations, determined by the manufacturer according to the actual process.

Applications:

1, Mixing

Mainly used in syrup, shampoo, washing liquid, juice concentrate, yogurt, dessert, mixed dairy products, inks, enamel and other production.

2, Dispersing

Mainly used in the suspension, pills coating, drug de-polymerization, paints dispersion, lipsticks, vegetable soup, mustard mixture, catalyst, matting agent, metal, pigment, modified asphalt, nano-materials preparation and de-polymerization.

3, Dispersion-mixing

Mainly used in the dissolution of methyl cellulose, colloidal dissolution, carbide dissolved, oil and water emulsification premix, seasoning production, stabilizer dissolved, soot, salt, alumina, pesticides and so on.

4, Emulsifying

Mainly used in the drug emulsion, ointment, cream, mask, face cream, emulsified fragrance, oil and water emulsification, emulsified asphalt, resin emulsification, wax emulsification, waterborne polyurethane emulsification, pesticides and other production.

5, Homogenizing

Mainly used in the production of pharmaceutical lotion, ointment, cream, mask, face cream, tissue homogeneity, dairy homogenization, fruit juice, printing ink, jam and so on.

In-tank Batch Homogenizer

Abster™ high shear In tank homogenizers are highly suitable for those viscous materials which doesn’t mix easily. It provides emulsification, homogenization, stabilization, dispersion and suspension. In-tank Homogenizer provides the centrifugal force which ensures highly narrow and efficient droplet size distribution and evenly dissolved solids. In In-tank homogenizer having a stator – rotor work head divides the machine into two separate chambers, one with inlet and another with the outlet. The accuracy of In-tank Batch homogenizer is very highly effective, improving quality of product, maintains process efficiency and increases the mixing process up to 90% than the normal agitation process.

High shear batch mixer homogenizer provides the elimination of agglomerates in the process which gives the uniform mixing as per desired conditions. Due to hydraulic and mechanical shear action, the particle size is easily reduced and dissolved very rapidly into the solution. As per desired application, the stators are available with perforations of different size and shapes and easy to movable and adjustable in the machine. How is it work?

The In-tank batch mixer rotor blades provides high speed rotation which exerts a powerful suction taking liquid and solid materials in upward direction from the bottom of the vessel into the center of the work head.

The centrifugal force generated by the blades which drives the material towards the periphery of the work head and imposed to a milling action between the tolerance of rotor and stator.

By the hydraulic shear force, the material out through the perforations in the stator and comedown in the main body of the mix.
The material blow out from the head and moves in the radially direction with very high speed force. The radially horizontal effect is exclusion and suction provides the pressure to set up regularly circulation pattern that caused disturbance of the material surface.
