High Speed Dissolver Mixer
CONSTRUCTION: High Speed Dissolver Mixer consists of the following
DRIVE HEAD
Steel fabricated enclosure inside which is installed the drive assembly consisting of a set of balanced pulleys, V belts, electric motor and motor tensioning device. The drive head is
of hinged type construction which can opened and locked for maintenance.
MAIN SHAFT
A SS 304 shaft duly machined and balanced is provided with a hard chrome plated cowless disperser blade of special design for quick and efficient dispersion. The dispersers
blade is made from special steel to withstand high wear and tear. The shaft is installed in a bearing housing provided with taper roller bearings. Lubrication points are provided on
the housing. RPM variable from 0-1500
SPEED CONTROL
An AC Frequency inverter installed in a panel controls the RPM of the Disperser shaft from 0-1500. The inverter is provided with settings for monitoring torque, amperage, voltage,
power factor ect and is PC compatible
ELECTRIC MOTOR
A 3 phase, 415 V, 50 HZ TEFC motor, drives a set of pulleys and V belts. The Motor is provided with a belt tensioning device.
LIFTING / LOWERING
The entire drive head and shaft is mounted on a hydraulic column which can be lifted and lowered to clear the height of the vessel. The Hydraulic column comes complete with
hydraulic cylinder, piston rod, power pack unit, valves 1HP electric motor and interconnecting pipelines and hoses.
VESSEL LOCKING
A vessel locking device consisting of locking arms, centering device, and manually operated screw is provided.
VESSEL (Optional)
The vessel is fabricated from SS 304 plates and is provided with 3 nos castor wheels, SS 304 blttom discharge ball valve and towing handles.
CONTROL PANEL (Non ex proof)
A control panel duly powder coated is provided with the followings functions. Main motor on off, ammeters, voltmeter, emergency stop, inverter trip, indicating lamps, speed control
switch, RPM indicator and MCB. All internal wiring is per international codes of practice.
FINISH
All SS parts are duly polished to a bright or matt finish. All MS parts are painted with 2 coats of metal primer and polyurethane paint.
The vessel is fabricated from SS 304 plates and is provided with 3 nos castor wheels, SS 304 bottom discharge ball valve and towing handles.
