A Homogenizer- Homogenizing is a process of combining various substances to obtain a mixture of uniform consistency (homogeneous). A homogenizer is equipment used to break down the solid particles in a solution into very fine sizes to achieve a homogeneous solution. It consists of a blade mounted on a motor shaft rotating at high speeds. Depending on the applications (stirring/homogenization/mixing), we provide various types of blades to serve the required purpose.

Product Description:

1, Bottom mounted high shear emulsifier operating head equipped with a pair of rotor and stator (in specific working environment can also use double stators structure). The rotor driven by the motor at high speed rotation, making the materials into homogenizer head instantly subjected to strong shearing, dispersing, emulsifying.

2, Bottom homogenizer with simple structure, smooth operation, stable product quality performance, high production efficiency.

3, Mounted at the bottom of the reactor container, leaving the upper space of container for other equipment must be installed at the top.

4, Widely used in medicine, food, pesticides, chemicals, petroleum, cosmetic, nano-materials, ink, paint and other production areas.


Working Principle:

The main working part including a pair of stator and rotor. Under the action of centrifugal force and hydraulic force of rotor-stator fast running, the materials subjected to strong shearing, centrifugal extrusion, crashing, hydraulic friction, turbulence homogenizing etc., so that the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase, gas phase and other media immediately evenly dispersed, emulsified, after reciprocating cycle, so that the materials to achieve a stable high-quality products.



The application range of emulsifier is very wide, such as adhesives, paint coatings, cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, plastic resins, printing and dyeing, ink, asphalt and other industries have a wide range of applications.

Technical Advantages

The bottom entry homogenizer is an emulsifying machine installed at the bottom of the reactor, and even if a very small amount of material can be sufficiently dispersed and emulsified, prevented from the dead ends and whirlpools of the upper part materials difficult to be sucked. This machine shearing force is stronger, so that the production efficiency and the dispersion emulsification quality are improved. The overall structure of bottom emulsifier is simple, small size, light weight, easy operation, low noise and smooth operation.

Different Types of Workhead:


Claw type stator head

Two-way suction mode, is the general type. In the container to form a two-way hyperbolic large circulation vortex, to avoid the upper part of the kettle material is difficult to be sucked cause the dead ends, emulsifying homogenizing more thoroughly.

Long hole stator head

Suitable for the rapid pulverization of medium solid particles and the mixing of medium viscosity liquids, the long holes provide the largest area and good circulation for surface shearing.

Mesh stator head

Suitable for low viscosity liquid mixing, with largest shearing speed, the most suitable for the preparation of emulsions and small particles in the liquid crushing and dissolving process.

Round hole stator head

Suitable for general mixing or large particle crushing, this round hole stator head provides the best circulation in all the stators, suitable for processing higher viscosity materials
