This type of attritor consists of a jacketed vessel with the inner shell made up of S.S.material and the outer Shell made of M.S.Material.The unit will have a discharge at the bottom. The Base of the shell will be made of S.S.304 plate. The rotating shaft will be made from S.S.material having an appropriate diameter and will also consist of 7 cross bars with welded projections. At the bottom the rotating shaft consists of an impeller. All the contact parts i.e.the rotating shaft, the cross bars, the inner shell and the base of the vessel will be made from S.S.304 material.The drive will consist of a Motor of desired HP coupled to a suitable gear box to give a final output between 100~125 rpm.
